The meeting rooms and banquet halls of Ramshehar Fort Resort offer guests all the tools and extravagances necessary for successful events and meetings.
The resort can host corporate events for 60 delegates requiring a night stay, while day events accommodate 400–500 persons. The property has three separate meeting halls, ranging from economical to lavish high-profile categories.

Rates & inclusions.
₹7,500 + tax per room per night — single sharing (AP basis, excluding Maharaja Suite). ₹6,000 + tax per person per night — twin sharing (AP basis). ₹5,000 + tax per person per night — triple sharing (AP basis).

- Overhead projector, slide projector, TV audio, flip board etc. with folders and pens
- Welcome drink on arrival

- Mineral water served during the conference is charged as per menu rates; water served through the dispenser is not chargeable
- Liquor 50% extra on M.R.P. + applicable tax
- LCD projector, audio/video, mikes etc. as per actual charges
- Use of Wi-Fi at ₹1,000 per day
- Non-residential conference at ₹2,000 + tax per person, including mid-morning and evening tea with cookies and one lunch or dinner with one non-veg dish
- Conference hall charges ₹10,000 per day + tax for non-residential conferences, minimum 20 pax
- For a group of 50 pax, the non-residential conference hall is complimentary
- Check-in / check-out at 12:00 noon
- Reservation amount to be paid in advance at the time of confirming the package
- 50% advance at the time of booking confirmation and the balance before checkout
- 30% cancellation charges if cancelled 10 days before the check-in date
- 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 3 days before the check-in date
- 0% refund if cancelled within 3 days of the check-in date
